reservation. When paying by check via mail,
a deposit equal to the full amount of your
stay is due within 5 business days of booking.
Cancellations received before 3 days (30
days for special events) prior to arrival
will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation
fee.
EXCEPTION: Reservations during holidays
or special events require a 30-day cancellation.
No refund for cancellations received within
3 days of your arrival date (30 days for
holidays and special events*).
